According to the investigation, the suspects demanded and received UAH 60,000 from a resident of Lviv Region for assistance in renting premises on the company’s balance sheet.<\/p>\n
Militiamen detained the defendants in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine during the receipt of the agreed amount of illegal benefit.<\/p>\n
Investigative actions continue. The court chose a precautionary measure in the form of bail, and his deputy – detention in custody with the possibility of bail.<\/p>\n
Measures to expose were carried out by the prosecutor’s office together with investigators of the Investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Lviv region, according to the USBU in Lviv region.<\/p>\n
