According to the investigation, the man organized a scheme of illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine for citizens who are prohibited from leaving the country for the period of martial law. For $ 3,000, the suspect promised to help cross the border unhindered through official checkpoints.<\/p>\n
The defendant was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine after receiving the full amount.<\/p>\n
Investigative actions are underway, the issue of choosing a measure of restraint in the form of detention is being resolved.<\/p>\n
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the Investigative Department of the State National Security Service in Lviv Oblast with the operational support of the employees of the Lviv Department of the State Security Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
