Employees of the Department of Transport and Communications of the regional state administration together with inspectors of the Patrol Police Department in Lviv region and employees of the State Supervision (Control) Department in Lviv region of the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety checked the requirements of transport legislation.<\/p>\n
The joint raid revealed a number of violations, namely:<\/p>\n
\u2022 deviation from the specified route of the bus (Part 3 of Article 133-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses);
\n\u2022 violation of the rules of stopping during boarding (disembarkation) of passengers (Part 2 of Article 121-2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses);
\n\u2022 driving a vehicle that has technical malfunctions and technical condition and equipment which does not meet the standards (Part 2 of Article 121 of the Code of Administrative Offenses);
\n\u2022 violation of driving a vehicle that is subject to mandatory technical control, but did not pass it in time (Part 3 of Article 121 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).<\/p>\n
In total, inspectors from the Lviv Oblast Patrol Police Department compiled 25 administrative files last week.<\/p>\n
