Rescuers checked their readiness for the bathing season, in particular, they paid attention to compliance with the requirements, among which the most important remain: the availability of a rescue post, equipment, determining a safe bathing area.<\/p>\n
Equally important is the availability of appropriate documentation and information stands and billboards in places accessible to visitors.<\/p>\n
At the same time, rescuers of Lviv region once again emphasize that the rules of conduct on the water are not created just like that and everyone should know them. Adherence to these rules is a guarantee of healthy and safe rest:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Start bathing at an air temperature of 25 \u00b0 C and a water temperature of 17-19 \u00b0 C.
\n\u2022 Rest on the water (swimming, boating) is allowed only in specially designated and equipped places.
\n\u2022 Do not bathe immediately after eating and while intoxicated.
\n\u2022 Enter the water slowly, allowing the body to adapt to changes in air and water temperatures.
\n\u2022 Do not overestimate your strengths.
