According to the investigation, 3 men sold drugs and psychotropic substances through specially created telegram channels in the Lviv region and other regions of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
According to the results of 8 authorized searches on the territory of Lviv and Kyiv, namely at the addresses and residences of persons involved in the commission of crimes, more than 2.5 kg of dried cannabis drug, including packaged for sales in zip packages, cannabis plants grown in a specially equipped room, other drugs and psychotropic substances, packaging and weighing equipment, bank cards, mobile phones, media, draft records and 1 car.<\/p>\n
The value of substances seized from illicit trafficking at black market prices is about UAH 1 million.
\nThe defendants were detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. So far, 3 men have been notified of the suspicion and have been remanded in custody.<\/p>\n
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Lviv region, with the operational support of employees of the Lviv Department of the State Security Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and may not be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proved legally and established by a court conviction.<\/p>\n
