According to the police, the driver of the Seat car, a 53-year-old resident of Lviv, collided with a Suzuki car driven by a 52-year-old Lviv resident, who was moving in the opposite direction, while changing from one lane to another.<\/p>\n
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Suzuki and his passenger, an 11-year-old boy, were injured and taken to a medical facility.<\/p>\n
In fact, the investigative police departments \u21162 of the Stryi District Police Department opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided by the sanction of the article is up to three years of restriction of liberty with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.<\/p>\n
