According to police, a Viper motorcycle driven by a 26-year-old local man collided with an Opel Vectra driven by a 60-year-old resident of the district.<\/p>\n
As a result of the accident, a motorcycle passenger, a 26-year-old resident of Sokal, was injured and hospitalized.<\/p>\n
In fact, the investigative police departments \u21162 of the Chervonohrad District Police Department opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided by the sanction of the article is up to three years of restriction of liberty with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.<\/p>\n
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the events.<\/p>\n
