Enterprises, not agreeing to traffic management schemes, arranged entrances and exits to the road with saturated traffic. There were no road signs or markings that would warn about exiting secondary roads.<\/p>\n
After receiving the instructions, the contracting organization made it impossible to use these illegal traffic junctions.<\/p>\n
