Everything collected will be given to displaced children who are forced to live and study in the territory of Lviv Region, as well as pupils of boarding schools and orphanages, children from large and low-income families.<\/p>\n
Today, August 30, a charity event “Getting ready for school together” took place in Lviv, during which juvenile police officers of the Lviv Oblast police, together with employees of the Patrol Police Department in Lviv Oblast and rescue workers, organized the collection of school supplies for children who found themselves in difficult life circumstances.<\/p>\n
All those willing could bring stationery to the square in front of the main building of the Lviv National University named after I. Frank, where a container was set up to collect charitable aid.<\/p>\n
In addition, the police conducted classes with the children, during which they were reminded of the Traffic Rules and the rules of safe behavior at home or at school. All those willing were able to familiarize themselves with official equipment, try on policemen’s armor, sit in an official car, and take a selfie with law enforcement officers.<\/p>\n
