“Recently, the Department of State Control over the Use and Protection of Land of the Department of Urban Planning has already recorded arbitrary land works on Kortumova Hill. Now, not far away, on Yeroshenka Street (the plot is adjacent to Chubynskyi Street), we have another case.<\/p>\n
Appeals from residents, the visit of a special commission and a written report, in which we record the following: the top layer of the soil was disturbed on a plot of land with an area of \u200b\u200b0.13 hectares, at least 10 trees were destroyed, several more were badly damaged, concrete blocks were brought in, the plot itself was fenced off and even equipped with two entrances – departures<\/p>\n
There is no documentary confirmation that there were any decisions regarding the development of land management documentation. And therefore, this is self-grabbing of the plot, part of which, by the decision of the Lviv City Council, was approved as the one that should be put up for a land auction,” said Lyubomyr Zubach, deputy mayor for urban planning.<\/p>\n
He also added that a residential building is registered in the property rights register at 25a Yeroshenka Street, which actually does not exist in nature, and the district administration did not assign an address to such an object.<\/p>\n
According to Lyubomir Zubach, the Lviv City Council will hand over all the materials of this case to the law enforcement officers, and the decision to register the house will be appealed in court.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
