As previously determined by the law enforcement officers, the driver of the VAZ 2107 car, a 33-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Yavoriv district, collided with a Mustang MT110-2 motorcycle driven by a 63-year-old resident of Sudova Vyshnya, Yavoriv district.<\/p>\n
As a result of the accident, the elderly motorcyclist was injured and taken to a medical facility.<\/p>\n
According to the fact, the investigators of the territorial unit of the police of Lviv Oblast opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty stipulated by the article is up to three years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to three years.<\/p>\n
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.<\/p>\n
