The organizers emphasize: the survey is anonymous, an e-mail address is required to avoid repetitions and other falsifications. The data will be used in a generalized form. You can take part in the survey until November 14 inclusive.<\/p>\n
We would like to remind you that the transport department of the Lviv City Council and the CU of the City Institute are conducting a survey of residents regarding the quality of transportation in public transport in Lviv and the city’s territorial community. Answers should be sent by November 14 of this year inclusive. The results of the survey will be used to improve public transport and optimize the route network of Lviv and the city’s territorial community.<\/p>\n
“Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, a significant number of industries have fallen into crisis, and passenger transportation is no exception. Currently, we have high fuel costs, a shortage of bus drivers, and in general, a lack of funds for the proper operation of the route network. All this leads to a deterioration in the quality of transportation and, as a result, to an increase in residents’ complaints. In such conditions, it is important to identify key challenges and do everything possible to stabilize transportation. We want to focus on solving the most painful issues. To do this, we conduct surveys to take into account the widest possible public opinion. Such surveys are regularly conducted abroad, they allow monitoring the state of affairs and quality indicators in the field of passenger transportation,” said the transport department of the LMR.<\/p>\n

3. Evaluation of the quality of transportation.<\/p>\n
