As Iryna Marunyak, the deputy mayor of Lviv in charge of housing and communal services, said, as of this morning, the heat supply facilities have been put into operation and are starting to gradually restore the supply of heating to houses.<\/p>\n
“The heating season started this morning. In the morning, the gas meters at our boiler houses were unsealed, the largest sources of heat are working – CHP-1 and the “North” shopping center, and we are starting to restore the supply of heat to the houses.<\/p>\n
Restoration of heat supply occurs gradually, that is, not everyone receives heat at the same time. It takes a certain amount of time to heat the coolant and deliver it to the buildings. If everything goes without any complications, everyone should have heating today and tomorrow.<\/p>\n
I would like to note that the budgetary sphere – schools, kindergartens, hospitals are also already receiving heat. Many of them received heat based on applications even earlier,” said Iryna Marunyak.<\/p>\n
