LKP “Lvivavtodor” has announced a tender for the biggest update of transport simulation software in 10 years. It is about the purchase of a modern version of programs that can, among other things, evaluate the impact of transport on the environment.<\/p>\n
Pavlo Syrvatka, head of the street infrastructure department of the LMR, said this.<\/p>\n
“This software will make it possible to simulate the movement of various types of transport, in particular, to evaluate various options for changing traffic at intersections, changing public transport routes, etc. Now Lviv has specialists in this field, but the software has not been updated for many years due to lack of funding. A procurement for a modern version of the relevant software has now been announced. Most of the funds for this purchase come from the Horizon 2020 grant, which is financed by the European Commission,” said Pavlo Syrvatka.<\/p>\n
Proposals from companies that intend to participate in the tender are accepted until November 24, 2022. After that, tender offers will be opened, they will be studied and the winner will be selected.<\/p>\n
The expected purchase price is UAH 3,161,433.00 without VAT.<\/p>\n
