If the situation in the city deteriorates and there will be no electricity for more than 24 hours, a second wave will be launched in the city and two hundred additional heating points will be opened.
\nThe traditional educational process will be stopped in the city. Schools with solid fuel boilers, generators and wi-fi are switching to a completely different mode of operation. They will start working as heating points for residents.<\/p>\n
