The facility was built at the expense of the Lviv regional organization of the Dynamo FC of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the educational and sports base in Slavsky has received more than 500 internally displaced persons, 600 child athletes from Kyiv have been rehabilitated here. Special rehabilitation courses for National Guardsmen are also held here.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn the first months of a full-scale war, we saw that sports facilities can perform much more than just training bases. And it is very important that they have the proper internal infrastructure \u2013 pitches for playing mini-football, pitches with exercise equipment, etc. Most of the large sports bases of the region already have this, it is good that the Slavska base also joins them,” says the head of the youth and sports department of Lviv OVA Roman Khimyak.<\/p>\n
