The organ was given to the boy by his mother.<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;It is symbolic that Maxim was operated on exactly on St. Nicholas&#8217; Day &#8211; the day when miracles happen. The boy hopes that he will recover very quickly, enter a medical university and become a surgeon,&#8221; the First TMO of Lviv notes.<\/p>\n<p>By the way, recently the doctors of the First Medical Association transplanted nine organs in more than a day: two hearts, a liver and six kidneys. All operations were performed from posthumous donors.<\/p>\n<p>We will remind you that at the Transplantology Center of the First Medical Association of Lviv, transplantologists have been successfully transplanting donor organs for over two years.
