This is one of the archaic dialects of the Galician-Bukovinian group of the southwestern dialect, has sound transformations, a peculiar vocabulary and dialects. In the Lviv region, the Nadsian dialect is practiced in the villages of Staryava and Zaverkhy, as well as partly in the neighboring villages located in the border zone of the Lviv region, in particular in Mystichy and Tsykov. It is used by both older and younger people.<\/p>\n
Soon, the National list may be supplemented with three more elements from the Lviv region – the tradition of Glynyan patterned textiles, wedding ritual songs of Boykiv region “Ladkanya” and the Sokal shirt.<\/p>\n
