“As of today, 82 applications from condominiums and management companies have been submitted for participation in the program. The commissions that process these applications and analyze the entire package of submitted documents approved 49 of them. Therefore, as of now, 27 applications have already been financed. UAH 652.3 thousand have been allocated for this from the city budget,” said the Department of Housing and Infrastructure of the LMR.<\/p>\n
We will remind you that the “Program of partial compensation for the purchase of electric generators to meet the needs of co-owners of apartment buildings of the Lviv City Territorial Community during the preparation of the heating season of 2022-2023” was adopted at the beginning of November this year.<\/p>\n
The amount of compensation cannot exceed 50% of the cost of the generator, but no more than UAH 30,000. Residents of buildings with 2 floors or more can receive compensation, and the rated power of the generator must be 2.5 kW or more.<\/p>\n
In order to receive compensation, the appropriate package of documents must be submitted to TsNAP or the electronic application service.
