He reported that the car, driving along Shimzeriv Street, collided with the stone gate of the Lychakiv cemetery. According to the applicant, the driver is standing next to the car.<\/p>\n

Patrolmen immediately went to the scene. Approaching, they noticed a man who began to walk quickly from the scene of the adventure. He was immediately stopped. Two protocols were drawn up against the man: under Art. 124 (Violation of traffic rules that led to an accident) and Part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) of the Criminal Procedure Code, as well as a resolution for the absence of a civil liability policy.<\/p>\n
