According to the investigation, on January 14 of this year in one of the villages of the Sambir region, the suspect and his friend were drinking alcoholic beverages when a conflict arose between them. During which the suspect strangled a 26-year-old man with an electric cable.<\/p>\n
The suspect was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
At the request of the prosecutors, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for the detainee.<\/p>\n
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the investigators of the Sambirsk RVP of the State Government of the NP in the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.<\/p>\n
