“The mothers already knew that they would move to live in the community’s first non-modular temporary housing for families of soldiers who died in the war. In particular, the mother of two schoolgirls who are already studying at the lyceum, Victoria Ventskevich, admits that her two students really liked the school. A considerable advantage is the convenient location of the school. First-grader Veronichka, in addition to studying, signed up for a dance club. And, especially, both girls got a taste of how they cook at the lyceum. Recently, the children admitted that they feel good here, as at home, and even better,” – shared the department of the urban agglomeration of the LMR.<\/p>\n
Veronika and Valeria, together with their mother, came to Lviv at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, fleeing from the occupation of their native town of Kupyansk. Their father died in March while defending Kharkiv. At first, the family settled with the residents of Malekhov, but now the Ventskevichs are starting a new stage of their lives already in Veliki Hrybovychy.<\/p>\n
A total of 17 children live in the shelter, 9 of them are studying at the local lyceum, two are in kindergarten. There are also children who study at a music college and remotely.<\/p>\n
In the shelter for children, a large multimedia room was created, where you can do homework or watch movies on a large TV, which was a gift from the soldiers of the National Guard.<\/p>\n
We will remind you that at the end of last year, at the shelter for IDPs in the village of Families of military servicemen settled in Velyki Hrybovichi. This is the first non-modular housing for immigrants in the Lviv community.
