Based on the principled position of the Chervonograd District Prosecutor’s Office and the Office of the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Supreme Court decided to terminate the lease agreement and return land worth almost UAH 400 million.<\/p>\n
It was established that for a long time, the farm, contrary to the terms of the contract, used an agricultural plot of land with an area of almost 100 hectares, contrary to the type of its use, namely as arable land. At the same time, paying a much lower rent, only UAH 13,000 per year for use.<\/p>\n
The court ordered the defendant to return the plot to the disposal of the Belgian City Council.<\/p>\n
