The total amount of grant support is 11 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine “On the provision of grants for the creation or development of processing enterprises”, two more enterprises of the Lviv Region received the right to a grant within the framework of the eRobota “New Level” program for a total amount of 10.8 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n
The funds will be used to implement production projects in the food industry. The winners are obliged to return the entire amount of grants to the state in the form of taxes, fees and EUV within 3 years and to create at least 5 and 25 jobs, according to the amount of the received grants.<\/p>\n
Also, since February 1, the government has restored the opportunity for individuals and small business entities to apply for micro-grants for starting or developing their business within the framework of the “Own Business” program. According to this program, agricultural producers and family farms, or people who plan to start a business on the basis of personal peasant farms, can receive a micro-grant.<\/p>\n
A mandatory condition for all types of grants is:<\/p>\n
Payment of all or part of the amount of grants in the form of taxes, fees and EUV
\nCreation of a certain number of jobs
\nOwn contribution at the level of at least 30% for all areas except “Own business”<\/p>\n
“The eRobota program is an unprecedented opportunity to improve production facilities and increase production areas for agricultural enterprises. For the rural population, this is an opportunity to turn a routine household task into a successful business. The program started only in the middle of 2022, but during these few months, 39 entrepreneurs of Lviv Oblast managed to get the right to grants in the amount of UAH 116.7 million. Of this amount, more than 70 million UAH will be directed to the implementation of food industry projects, 41.7 million UAH to the development of horticulture and berry growing. UAH 4.8 million in grant aid was allocated for the development of one’s own business in the agricultural sector. We expect to see better indicators in 2023,” says Tetyana Hetman, director of the APR department.<\/p>\n
