The day before, a new resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated January 27, 2023 entered into force “Some issues of implementation of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Mobilization Training and Mobilization” regarding the reservation of conscripts for the period of mobilization and wartime.”<\/p>\n
This was reported by Iryna Shurpyak, chief of staff of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.<\/p>\n
“On the basis of the new resolution of the CMU, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 194 dated 03.03.2022 has lost its validity. In connection with this, in accordance with the resolution of the CMU No. 194, consideration of requests for reservations will not be carried out in the Lviv OVA. The following subjects of appeals will be able to apply to the Lviv OVA and local executive authorities: local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations that have been assigned a mobilization task by the regional state administration or district state administration of Lviv region, and enterprises, institutions, organizations that are critically important for the functioning of the economy. The details of the significant procedure will be published later on the LOVA website,” the chief of staff said.<\/p>\n
She also emphasized that it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the requirements for documents have also changed.<\/p>\n
“All appeals must contain a letter with justification, a list and a reference in the established form. Those enterprises that have mobilization tasks must indicate the details of the documents establishing the relevant mobilization task (order) and the contract on its implementation. Enterprises, institutions, organizations that provide for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations must submit their justifications and lists to the central executive authorities that manage the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, or to the Ministry of Strategic and Industrial Development,” the chief of staff noted.<\/p>\n
“However, we emphasize that all subjects of requests regarding reservations are obliged to comply with the new Procedure for the organization and maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, approved by Resolution No. 1487 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 30, 2022, in particular regarding reconciliations , – summarized Iryna Shurpyak.<\/p>\n
