The Regional Fund for individual housing construction in the countryside implements in the region the Program: “State targeted lending to individual rural developers for the construction (reconstruction) and purchase of housing “Vlasny Dim” and the Comprehensive program of providing housing loans to certain categories of citizens in the Lviv Region for 2021-2025, approved by the decision of the Lviv Regional Council dated February 18, 2021 No. 58 (with amendments), and is governed by the “Rules for providing long-term loans to individual developers of housing in the countryside” approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 5, 1998 No. 1597.<\/p>\n
Implementation of these programs is carried out by providing soft loans at 3% per annum for the construction, reconstruction, purchase of housing, installation of water, electricity, and heat supply of residential buildings in rural areas.<\/p>\n
The “Own House” program has been operating in the region since 2000 and is popular among rural developers.<\/p>\n
The Regional Fund for Individual Housing Construction in the Village forms a list of residents who have credit needs under the “Own Home” Program. You can submit information about yourself, as a person who has shown interest in the program, directly to the Foundation (Booklet here) or by submitting information through the relevant Starosty district or at the Staro Sambir City Council at the address of Stary Sambir, str. Lev Halytskyi, 40. Room 301 or 318.<\/p>\n
