How to report facts of violation of anti-corruption legislation by DPS employees<\/p>\n

to the official email address of the Department for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption: lv.szvk@tax.gov.ua;<\/p>\n

to the “Pulse” service: e-mail idd@tax.gov.ua;<\/p>\n

by means of telecommunications, using the multi-channel phone number 0 800 501 007, by dialing the following on the interactive voice answering machine: for individuals, direction “5”, for employees of DPS bodies, direction “7”;<\/p>\n

in writing through employees of the Department for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the DPS, or employees of the Department for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the State Department of the DPS in the Lviv Region;<\/p>\n

directly by phone to an employee of the Department for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the State Police, or to an employee of the Department for Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the Directorate of State Police in the Lviv region: (032) 297-30-93, (032) 297-36-99.<\/p>\n

A report on corruption can be made both by employees of the tax service and by business representatives, without indicating authorship, that is, anonymously using any communication channel.<\/p>\n
