It was established that in 2020, on the eve of the termination of the powers of the Ryasne-Ruska village council, the latter illegally transferred the land, located in one of the villages of the Lviv territorial community, to garage-building corporate companies as private property free of charge.<\/p>\n
The prosecutor’s office appealed to the court with a claim to invalidate the decision of the village council, cancel the state registration and return the land plot with a total area of almost 21.5 hectares to communal ownership.<\/p>\n
After the specified court decision enters into legal force, the district prosecutor’s office will take measures for its actual implementation.<\/p>\n
