Both amateurs and professional athletes from all over Ukraine took part in the heroic all-around. During the competition, heroes demonstrated their skills in three exercises: deadlift, bench press and log lift. By the way, it was in the last exercise that Oleg Pylypyak from Lviv set a new Ukrainian record – he lifted 200 kg. Before that, the record belonged to the famous Ukrainian hero Vitai Mikheev (195 kg).<\/p>\n
Roman Vinnyk, a hero from Ivano-Frankivsk, showed a powerful result in the bench press. He lifted a bar weighing 100 kg 35 times.<\/p>\n
