Military personnel of the territorial recruitment and social support centers continue to carry out warning measures in connection with the fact that many conscripts and internally displaced persons in the Lviv region violate the requirements of the legislation on military service and military duty.<\/p>\n
This is reported in the Lviv Regional TCC and SP.<\/p>\n
What citizens need to know:<\/p>\n
Notification can be made at the place of work, residence, as well as in public places. The legislation does not clearly define where the summons should be served;
\nMen between the ages of 18 and 60 must always carry identification documents and military registration documents with them during martial law and provide them for verification by authorized persons;
\nReceiving a summons does not yet mean conscription. First of all, citizens are called to clarify their military registration data;
\nIf a man passes a medical examination and is deemed fit by all criteria, he may be issued a summons to be sent to the army;
\nThose conscripts who are entitled to a deferment must come to the RTCC and SP with relevant documents and confirm it;
\nMobilized persons who have not completed military service are necessarily sent to training centers for appropriate training;
\nConscripted men who arrived in the Lviv region for residence from other regions must apply to the TCC and SP within seven days and register for military registration;
\nAdministrative and criminal liability is provided for violation of the rules of military registration and evasion of the draft. Petitioners during mobilization face up to 5 years in prison.<\/p>\n
