So, last year Lviv community took 1st place, Pustomytivska \u2013 2nd, Kamianka-Buzka \u2013 3rd, Velikomostivska \u2013 4th, Slavska \u2013 5th.<\/p>\n
According to the results of the first quarter of the current year, Novoyavorivska, Yavorivska, Lvivska, Solonkivska, Ivano-Frankivska became the most financially capable communities of the region.<\/p>\n
This situation was significantly influenced by the change in the structure of sources of income, a significant increase in the financial support of the military, law enforcement agencies, etc., the finance department of the Lviv Oblast noted.<\/p>\n
By the way, the budgets of territorial communities increased the revenue part of the general fund for the corresponding period last year by UAH 2 billion or by more than 40 percent. This shows that communities have significant financial resources and appropriate powers to ensure the quality functioning of all branches of the budget sphere that provide services to the population.<\/p>\n
Analyzing the expenditures, the largest expenditures per inhabitant in the budget of Yavorivska hromada – UAH 7613.4, Solonkivska – UAH 7261.8, Slavska – UAH 6468.3, Novoyavorivska – UAH 6410.8, Ivano-Frankivska – UAH 5596.7, and the smallest in Dobromilska – UAH 1,314.6, Novorozdilska – UAH 1,345.6, Medenytska – UAH 1,526.2.<\/p>\n
In the budget of the Yavorivska community, the lowest share of expenses for the maintenance of the administrative apparatus is also only 3 percent (9.6 percent in the first quarter of last year), and the largest in Ralivska – more than 50 percent.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the Novoyavorivska community is the leader with the smallest share of salary expenses in the total amount of expenses – only 22.8 percent, and in Dobrosynsko-Magerivska – more than 80 percent.<\/p>\n
Pidkaminska, Dobromylska, Dobrosynsko-Magerivska, Khyrivska, Rudkivska, Sudovovyshnyanska, Ralivska, Strilkivska, Zhuravnenska territorial communities were at the bottom of the rating.<\/p>\n
