On May 12-13, INKULT hackathon will be held in Lviv – an event that will bring together experts in the fields of culture, creativity, management, technology, and psychology to jointly think of solutions to the challenges of mental health of Ukrainians during the war, using the potential of culture and creativity. The hackathon will bring together 30 participants who will work in teams under the guidance of mentors for two days. The winners will receive support to implement their ideas.<\/p>\n
The following are invited to participate in the hackathon:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 representatives of the spheres of culture, creativity, management, technology, psychology and students of the relevant faculties;<\/p>\n
\u00b7 those willing to reflect on the topic of exhaustion, burnout and mental health;<\/p>\n
\u00b7 residents of Lviv and those who are in the city because of the war;<\/p>\n
\u00b7 those who believe in the power of interdisciplinary interaction;<\/p>\n
\u00b7 those who are ready to invest their time in teamwork to find practical solutions.<\/p>\n
Participants are expected to:<\/p>\n
– $1,000 prize fund for the winning idea and mentoring of the team in the future;<\/p>\n
– introduction to the topic from psychologists and therapists; mentoring support for teams from experts;<\/p>\n
– familiarization with the methodology of creating innovations and examples of initiatives that are already working;<\/p>\n
– a comfortable space for creativity and reflection;<\/p>\n
– informational support and prizes, new acquaintances and informal communication.<\/p>\n
