In Lviv, the last stage of the reconstruction of St. Shevchenko, on the plot from St. Bortnyanskyi to st. Yaroslav the Wise. Tram slabs and tracks have already been completely installed here, and on the section from the street Zaliznychna to St. Yatskov began to dig holes for trees. So, in the near future, they will start planting new green plantations here.<\/p>\n
“The contracting organization continues to actively work on the section from the street. Bortnyanskyi to st. Yaroslav the Wise. Last week, the installation of tram slabs and track was completed in this section.<\/p>\n
In addition, on the stretch from the street Bortnyanskyi to st. Yaroslav the Wise performs the following works:<\/p>\n
paving the tram track with cobblestones;
\narrangement of sidewalks on the opposite side of the street;
\ndismantling of pavement covering from concrete tiles near building No. 31 on St. Shevchenko;
\ninstallation of curbs for roadways, tram tracks and sidewalks;
\npreparatory work for the installation of foundations for catenary network supports;
\na sand base for the parking lot opposite building No. 31 on the street has already been made. Shevchenko.<\/p>\n
We would like to remind you that from June 1, 2021, the III stage of the reconstruction of the street began. Shevchenka – the area from St. Ya. Mudrogo to St. Railway. The cost of all works is UAH 186.6 million. The length of the section being repaired is 1 km.<\/p>\n
The reconstruction project of Shevchenko Street provides for the reconstruction of all engineering networks, the construction of the carriageway and the new tram tracks adjacent to it in the middle of the street, the arrangement of bicycle lanes along the carriageway on both sides, the arrangement of pockets for ambulances, emergency services and temporary parking for the cars of the residents of the buildings. Also, the arrangement of sidewalks and pedestrian zones with the provision of comfortable conditions for the movement and rest of groups of the population with limited mobility, the arrangement of a contact network of the tram, street lighting, improvement of the street space.<\/p>\n
