At a meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council, the issue of approving town planning conditions and restrictions on the construction of a residential complex of Flowers Hill LLC and Sholz-Trans LLC, multi-apartment residential buildings with built-in commercial premises and underground parking on the street was considered. Buildings of different storeys: 4, 7, 8 and 9 are planned to be built on a plot of land with an area of more than 1 hectare. They will be from 13 to 30 meters high. The plot is planned to be developed by 33%. For 256 apartments, 200 parking spaces are provided in the underground parking lot and 10 in the surface parking lot.<\/p>\n
The members of the executive committee emphasized the importance of increasing the number of parking spaces in the underground parking lot and the need for major repairs of Kvitova Street.<\/p>\n
“When we agree on such issues, we must take care of landscaping around those houses. There is Kvitova Street, which needs major repairs. I propose to add information about the overhaul of Kvitova Street to the draft decision of the executive committee,” said Iryna Marunyak, deputy mayor for housing and communal services.<\/p>\n
The representative of the designer’s company confirmed the possibility of increasing the parking spaces and supported the wishes regarding the street repair, but the final decision, according to him, remains with the customer.<\/p>\n
Issues regarding parking and repair of Kvitova Street will be agreed upon in a comprehensive project and will be considered at the next meeting of the executive committee.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
