The commercial court of the city of Kyiv opened proceedings on the claim of the Galician district prosecutor’s office of the city of Lviv. Prosecutors demand to recognize the decision of the Lviv Regional Council as illegal and to cancel the state registration of ownership of real estate.<\/h2>\n

The prosecutors found that the regional council passed the controversial decision contrary to the law. Later, the state registrar registered the ownership of one of the organizations of the city of Lviv. Therefore, a real estate object with a total area of almost 4,000 square meters was removed from communal ownership.<\/p>\n

We are talking about an administrative building located in the center of the city.<\/p>\n

The trial is ongoing.<\/p>\n
