In May, amendments to the Law on Strategic Environmental Assessment entered into force, which introduce liability for violations of strategic environmental assessment and regulate the creation of the Unified Register of Strategic Environmental Assessment. The procedure for maintaining the SEO Register was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at a meeting on May 2.<\/p>\n

From today, May 30, the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of Lviv Regional Government will consider the strategic environmental assessment procedure only through the Unified Register of Strategic Environmental Assessment.<\/p>\n

To do this, you need to register on the “Ekosistema” platform at the link: https:\/\/id.eco.gov.ua\/<\/p>\n

However, we should note that the stages of the SEO procedure started before May 30 will be considered through the system of electronic document flow and business process automation “Megapolis.DocNet”, which is connected to the system of electronic interaction of executive authorities (SEV OVV).<\/p>\n
