In the morning, religious services were held in the city’s temples, and later, residents and guests of the city were able to visit the locations where events dedicated to the anniversary took place.<\/p>\n
In particular, on May 28, there was a big tennis competition for children, a track and field cross, a tourist and educational quest “Mysteries of Zolochiv”, a book tour, a presentation of the tourist sign “I love Zolochiv”.<\/p>\n
The jubilee program was completed by the solemn academy on the occasion of the 600th anniversary of the founding of the city of Zolochiv, during which the artistic groups of the Zolochiv region presented an artistic selection to the audience. Mykhailo Kulyk, the first deputy head of Zolochiv RVA, took part in the academy.<\/p>\n
“On this significant day for our city, we thank our Armed Forces for the opportunity to be here, we thank God for facilitating our plans. Let the next great dates for our Zolochev and its residents be in a victorious and peaceful Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine!” Mykhailo Kulyk noted.<\/p>\n
Let us add that Zolochiv City Day is celebrated on the last Sunday of May.<\/p>\n
