\nWar veterans, combatants and people who do not have their own home can apply for a loan at 7%. Terms of participation in the eOselya program:
\nfixed annual rate in hryvnia \u2014 7%;
\nfirst installment \u2014 from 20%;
\ncredit term \u2014 up to 20 years;
\nyou can buy an apartment in a building that is under construction or no older than three years at the time of signing the contract. If a person wants to purchase housing under construction, he can do so only from developers who are accredited by banks participating in the program.
\nPartner banks are Oseli: Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank and Sky Bank. Several more partner banks are currently integrating with Diya.
