An updated monetary valuation of land was approved for the Lviv community: the rent currently remains unchanged<\/p>\n
The Lviv City Territorial Community approved a new normative monetary valuation of land. In Lviv, it will come into effect on January 1, 2024, and in the settlements of Lviv MTG – from 2025. The corresponding resolutions were adopted yesterday, July 6, at the session of the city council.<\/p>\n
Normative monetary assessment of land in settlements is the assessment on the basis of which land rent and land tax are calculated. And, according to the legislation, it needs to be updated every 5-7 years. In Lviv, the normative monetary assessment was last updated in 2016. And in the affiliated communities – in the range from 2010-2020.<\/p>\n
As Serhiy Korovainyk, head of the Land Resources Department of the LMR, explained, the calculation procedure itself is carried out through the State Geocadastre electronic service.<\/p>\n
“The standard monetary valuation of the land plot can be obtained electronically. To do this, it is enough to enter the cadastral number of the land plot and get the corresponding extract.<\/p>\n
Until the end of this year, the monetary assessment for Lviv lands remains unchanged, as do all charges from rent.<\/p>\n
At the same time, by October 1, we must process all land lease agreements in Lviv and, if necessary, make adjustments to the calculation of rent. Whether the amount of rent for the use of land plots in Lviv will change from 2024 will be known at the end of this year,” said Serhiy Korovaynyk.<\/p>\n
