The proposed site is located on the territory of the Dobromil territorial community (outside the settlement) of the Sambir district.<\/p>\n
The plot area is 14.10 hectares. The starting amount of the annual fee is UAH 44,944.63. More details at the link;<\/p>\n
“The land plot put up for auction is free from any property rights of third parties on it: it has not been transferred for use, in particular for rent, the territorial community is the only owner,” said the director of the department of agro-industrial development of the Lviv OVA Tetiana Hetman.<\/p>\n
The deadline for submitting price offers is until 8:00 p.m. July 19, 2023.<\/p>\n
