We are talking about land with a total area of more than 17 hectares. The latter are outside one of the villages of the Zolochiv district.<\/p>\n
It was established that the company, in violation of the terms of the contract, used the agricultural plot of land as arable land, not hayfields.<\/p>\n
The court decision has been implemented, information has been entered in the State Register of Real Property Rights and the land plot has been returned to communal ownership.<\/p>\n
