The court decision satisfied the claim of the Zolochiv district prosecutor’s office against a private enterprise for the release of land plots and their return to the ownership of the community. It is also required to pay for the damage caused by their use.<\/p>\n
It was established that the division of the agrarian enterprise arbitrarily seized two plots of communally owned land.<\/p>\n
We are talking about lands with a total area of more than 8 hectares, which are located on the territory of the Pidkamin Territorial Community of the Zolochiv District. The latter are located under power lines and within the coastal strip of the water body.<\/p>\n
The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor and satisfied the claim for the release of land plots. At the same time, the division of the agrarian enterprise voluntarily paid the damage caused during the case review.<\/p>\n
