“Registration of marriage in a shortened period of time, in particular for a day, takes place according to the principle of extraterritoriality, when the place of residence of citizens does not matter. This service was introduced in order to facilitate the marriage registration procedure for newlyweds during wartime. We are talking exclusively about military personnel,” explained the deputy director of the department – the head of the community administration department of the city agglomeration department of the LMR, Iryna Kruglova.<\/p>\n
The department added that in order to provide this service efficiently and quickly, the employees of the offices in the Lviv community underwent appropriate training, where they were particularly taught the skills to distinguish cases when it is about marriage, and when it is about an attempt to commit illegal actions.
