In accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers dated August 8, 2023 No. 683, subsidies are provided from the state budget depending on the dynamics of personal income tax receipts compared to the corresponding period last year by territorial communities. In connection with the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war, this dynamic is negatively affected.<\/p>\n
Therefore, the Peremyshlyan community will receive UAH 8.6 million, and the Trostyanetska community will receive UAH 1.5 million.<\/p>\n
As Ivan Nos, acting director of the finance department of Lviv OVA, explains, these funds will be useful to communities and will contribute to their proper, timely and full implementation of all spending powers.<\/p>\n
“In connection with the military aggression, the activity of business activities is decreasing and enterprises are closing. Accordingly, income from personal income tax, which is the main part of the income of local budgets, decreases. The state analyzes the dynamics of these receipts every quarter and provides an additional subsidy from the state budget in the form of certain loss compensation to those who have a negative income.
