Today, August 18, in the walls of the Lviv OVA, the first training was held for more than thirty responsible persons of communal institutions of the Lviv Regional Council of Medical Direction on the use of the electronic document management system<\/p>\n
33 participants who are responsible for e-document circulation in their organizations joined the event. In particular, these are medical social institutions and medical educational institutions of regional subordination.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, participants were presented with the main aspects of working in the system, in particular:<\/p>\n
creating and reviewing documents;
\nregistration of incoming\/outgoing correspondence;
\ninteraction with colleagues by internal correspondence;
\nexchange of documents with ministries and other state institutions through the system of electronic interaction of executive authorities.<\/p>\n
It should be noted that e-document circulation provides a reliable and secure exchange of electronic documents, which is an integral element of national security.<\/p>\n
