The other day, employees of the Department of Transport and Communications of OVA, together with the inspector of the Podilsk-Carpathian interregional administration of the Shipping Administration, conducted state control measures on inland water bodies of Lviv Oblast.<\/p>\n
During the inspection at Lake Zadorozhnye, 4 administrative protocols were drawn up for violation of Part 1, Article 116 of the Criminal Procedure Code and violation of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Inland Water Transport”. As a result, violators have to pay a fine of 850 hryvnias (each).<\/p>\n
“Such checks are first of all necessary to prevent accidents with small vessels, the rights and responsibilities of base managers and persons responsible for the management system of shipping safety, as well as to prove cases of accidents with water transport and their causes,” the chief noted Department of Transport and Communications LOVA Stepan Rudnytskyi.<\/p>\n
In addition, they visited the “Viking Bay”, “Lviv Switzerland” and “Sokil” recreation centers. It was established that the graduation regime at the specified bases was not violated.
