Under the procedural leadership of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, over 6 million UAH of unpaid tax, military duty and fines were reimbursed.<\/p>\n
During the pre-trial investigation, it was established that during 2021-2022, the responsible person of the business entity deliberately avoided paying taxes. The latter underestimated the income tax, did not withhold and did not remit the personal income tax and the military levy. This led to the failure of funds to reach the budget in significant amounts.<\/p>\n
As part of the criminal proceedings, the damages were compensated in full.<\/p>\n
The pre-trial investigation was carried out by detectives of the Territorial Administration of the Bureau of Economic Security in the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
