The commercial court of the Lviv region satisfied the claim of the Stryi district prosecutor’s office against the business entity. By the court’s decision, the land lease contract was terminated, it is required to return it to the disposal of the community, as well as to pay the arrears for use.<\/p>\n
We are talking about agricultural land with an area of more than 4 hectares. It is located outside the settlement of the Morshyn territorial community of the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
It was established that the farm, violating the terms of the contract, systematically did not pay the rent for the use of the land plot.<\/p>\n
Taking into account the violation of the law, the prosecutor’s office stood up for the community and appealed to the court with a lawsuit.<\/p>\n
Also, for reference, we note that this farm previously allowed arrears from the rent of the above-mentioned plot of land.<\/p>\n
However, a settlement agreement was approved between the Morshyn City Council and the farm.<\/p>\n
The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor and satisfied the claim in full.<\/p>\n
After the court decision enters into force, measures will be taken to implement it.<\/p>\n
