The situation of the families of the missing cannot be compared with any other life situation. Relatives of such persons live in a state of painful uncertainty about the fate of their loved ones. As of April 2023, more than 7,000 military personnel are considered missing.<\/p>\n
In order to draw attention to the problem of searching for missing soldiers, on October 29 at 1:00 p.m. in Lviv, the race “Running instead of silence” will be held. The 3 km race will take place in Stryi Park. The gathering of participants will begin at 12:00 at the fountain in Stryi Park.<\/p>\n
The event will be attended by relatives of the missing military personnel of various brigades, a representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights, and representatives of the Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.<\/p>\n
