“As part of a joint raid inspection, 2 acts were drawn up for violation of the requirements of Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On Road Transport” (absence of permit documents) and 2 resolutions for violation of Part 2 of Article 121 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of passenger transportation rules when providing passenger transportation services).” – said Stepan Rudnytskyi, head of LOVA’s transport and communications department.<\/p>\n
It should be noted that such raid inspections will be carried out systematically in the region.<\/p>\n
